Hi, I'm Michael.
Symmetry Cinema is a wedding film studio based in Clifton Park, New York. I started it because the films I loved most never felt like a highlight reel. They felt like the day itself.
I film one wedding a day and edit every film myself, so the person you talk to today is the one standing beside you on the day and the one shaping your story afterward.

Answer a few short questions about your day. I reply personally within a day.

A relaxed call to hear your plans, answer questions and make sure I am the right fit for you.

Reserve your date
A signed agreement and a retainer hold your date. I only film one wedding a day.

Your wedding day
I arrive early, stay out of the way, and film the day as it unfolds, with clean audio of every vow and speech.

Your film
Most collections include a teaser within days. Your finished film typically follows in 8 to 12 weeks, with the exact timing set in your proposal.
Investment
Films from $4,800.
Most couples invest $5,400 to $7,500. Every wedding is quoted individually, based on the length of your day, where it is and the films you would like, and your proposal lays out three collections to choose from.

Where are you based?
Clifton Park, New York. Most of my weddings are in Saratoga, Lake George, the Adirondacks and the Capital Region.
Do you travel?
Gladly. Travel beyond the Capital Region is quoted with your proposal, so there are no surprises later.
When will we get our film?
Most collections include a short teaser within days of your wedding. Your finished film typically follows in 8 to 12 weeks, and your proposal sets the exact timing.
What is included?
Every film includes full-day coverage by one filmmaker, a cinematic highlight film, and your vows and speeches recorded in full. Longer edits and extra coverage can be added.
How do we book?
Start with the inquiry. After a call, a signed agreement and a retainer reserve your date. I only film one wedding a day, so dates are held in the order they are booked.
Do you work with our photographer?
Always. I coordinate before the day so photo and film work together, and you are never pulled in two directions.
